About Me

My Story

For much of my life, I had extrasensory experiences I did not fully understand. These experiences took many forms:

  • Seeing dark figures in hallways, closets, and by my bedside as a child

  • Sensing the presence of a figure standing at my grandmother's bedside in the days before she passed

  • Clairvoyant impressions of a dying family member's final moments that later proved accurate

  • A dream visitation from my uncle the night he died — he appeared in light, said he loved me and goodbye

  • Receiving intuitive impressions about people and places before having any knowledge of them

  • Hearing words, names, and phrases that later proved meaningful — coming through unexpectedly and out of context

  • Animal messengers — hawks, blue jays, hummingbirds, and more appearing at significant moments

  • A series of synchronicities that defied easy explanation — the repeated appearance and sensing of the number 22, the finding of feathers, images of octopi, the word "phoenix," and owl references in unexpected places

From an early age, I learned to suppress, dismiss, rationalize, and pathologize these perceptions out of fear, stigma, and misunderstanding. Over time — and through significant personal healing — I came to understand these experiences not as pathology, but as psychic and mediumistic awareness, as well as the presence of my spirit guides and loved ones in spirit getting my attention and validating my path.

Accepting this part of myself was not a simple process. It took me nearly 37 years to arrive at this point of self-acceptance — a journey that required unlearning shame, challenging dominant narratives, and choosing self-trust over fear. I share this not for dramatic effect, but because I believe transparency about my own journey is part of what makes this work trustworthy.

At the end of 2023, with persistent nudging and encouragement from my spirit guides and loved ones in spirit, I made the decision to face the blocks that had long prevented me from fully embracing and developing these abilities. What I once feared, I now understand as a capacity for deep perception and connection — one I had been drawing on quietly for years as an empath and intuitive in my work with others.

Training & Preparation

I approached the development of my mediumship practice with intentionality, care, and a firm commitment to ethical standards. In doing so, I created my own "psychic internship" — a structured, self-directed period of training, mentorship, and hands-on practice. Between April 2024 and May 2026, I invested more than 200 hours in this process.
