STATEMENT OF INTENTION

My intention is to approach this work with integrity, clarity, and care for each person I sit with. I honor the importance of ethical boundaries, informed consent, and personal autonomy within all services I provide.

NATURE OF SERVICES

I offer mediumship readings — sessions in which I serve as a bridge between you and those who have crossed over, receiving and relaying evidence, messages, impressions, and energy from those on the other side. In addition to communicating with human spirits, I may also connect with animal, plant, and mineral consciousness, as well as spirit guides — those non-human presences that accompany and support us through life.

These services are spiritual in nature. For legal and regulatory purposes within the State of California, these services may be classified as entertainment. I want to be transparent about this legal framework while affirming that I approach this work with full seriousness and integrity.

WHAT THESE SESSIONS ARE—AND ARE NOT

By participating, you acknowledge:

• These sessions are spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care.

• I do not predict the future. I may offer intuitive impressions or discuss possible potentials based on current patterns.

• Impressions and messages shared during a session are offered as guidance only. You retain full autonomy and free will in all decisions. I encourage you to sit with what comes through and never act on impressions impulsively or without your own discernment.

• All decisions you make following a session are your responsibility.

PREPARATION (OPTIONAL)

You may choose to:

• Set an intention for the session.

• Invite loved ones or spiritual supports to show up.

• Write down the names of individuals you hope to connect with.

• Have a pen and journal available.

• Have a meaningful photo or object nearby.

• Ensure a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.

Please do not attend your session under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. If you are, I reserve the right to reschedule.

DURING THE SESSION

You understand and agree:

• I cannot control who comes through or how messages are communicated.

• Each session opens with a period of receptivity in which I allow spirit to come forward naturally before inviting you to share any specific connections you are hoping to make.

• While the session is led by spirit, your intention, questions, and openness all influence what emerges.

• If there is a specific spirit you are hoping to reach and that spirit has not already come through naturally, you may let me know and we will explore whether that connection is accessible.

• If someone comes through whom you do not wish to hear from, you may set a hard limit — meaning never — or a soft limit — meaning not at this time. Your limit will be honored without question.

• Information may be symbolic, evidential, or impressionistic.

• Some messages may resonate immediately; others may make sense later.

• You are not expected to make messages fit.

• You may slow down, pause, or stop the session at any time.

• You may decline to explore any topic.

• If I am unable to establish a connection during the session, I will be upfront and let you know. In some cases, I may not be the right fit for you or for the spirit communicators around you, and I will encourage you to seek another practitioner if that appears to be the case.

To preserve the integrity of the evidential process, please refrain from offering additional background details, explanations, or narrative unless I specifically request clarification. Brief responses such as "Yes," "No," or "I don't know" are helpful during evidential portions of the session. This is not intended to silence you, but to minimize unintentional cueing and allow the information to emerge as clearly and independently as possible.

Questions are generally reserved for the final 15 minutes or so of the session. Taking notes is optional but may support later reflection.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS AND RECORDING

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Sessions may be recorded for your benefit. If the session is recorded, a copy will be emailed to you following the session. You may opt out of recording at any time before or during the session.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

You are welcome to invite additional guests to join your mediumship reading. I recommend keeping the group to four or fewer participants to support the quality and intimacy of the session. Please know that spirit may step forward for anyone present, or for someone they may be connected to.

All guests are expected to have reviewed this informed consent prior to joining. By participating in the session, each guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined here.

If your session is recorded and you would like to authorize the use of a clip or full recording, each participant present in the recording will be required to sign a separate Media Release & Authorization Form before any content can be used publicly.

HEALTHY USE AND FREQUENCY

These services are intended to provide insight, connection, and reflection. They are not designed to create ongoing emotional reliance.

I recommend approaching sessions one at a time. If your first session brings through sufficient evidence and messages, there may be no need to schedule a follow-up. However, if you wish to continue connecting with a specific spirit or spirits, a follow-up session is something we can consider. I generally limit this kind of series to one to three sessions, ideally scheduled one to two weeks apart — allowing time for integration and reflection between each one.

Ongoing engagement is generally limited to no more than two episodes of service per calendar year. An episode may be a single session or a series of one to three sessions. This boundary is set with intention — to support your integration of what comes through and to prevent reliance on sessions as an ongoing source of guidance.

If I believe a client is developing psychological, emotional, or spiritual dependence on these services, or using them in a way that replaces their own judgment, navigating loss independently, or seeking other sources of support, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services.

My intention is to support empowerment, autonomy, and healthy integration.

EMOTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

These sessions can be emotionally moving. By signing below, you confirm that you are in a good place to participate at this time and that you are not under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.

REFERRAL AND CRISIS SUPPORT

These services are not a substitute for mental health care. If distress arises during or following a session that appears to exceed the scope of this work, I may recommend that you seek support from a qualified mental health professional. I will provide a referral upon request. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during your session will be kept confidential. I do not share your personal identifying information with others. I may, on occasion, reference a reading without identifying information for purposes of consultation or ongoing development. These services carry general consumer protection requirements. If you agree to a media release, session content may be used for professional, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes as outlined in that separate agreement.

RECORDING AND EDUCATIONAL USE

If I believe content from a recorded session may be appropriate for educational or promotional purposes — including use on my website or social media — I will request your separate written permission through the Media Release & Authorization Form before any content is shared. You are under no obligation to agree. No content will be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

MEDIA RELEASE AND TESTIMONIALS

From time to time I may invite clients to share their experience through a written testimonial for use on my website or social media platforms. Participation is entirely voluntary and will never be requested during or immediately following a session.

If you agree to provide a written testimonial or permit use of a recorded clip, you will be asked to sign a separate written media release form that specifies exactly what will be shared, where it will be used, and for how long. You may withdraw your consent at any time prior to publication. Once content has been publicly posted, withdrawal of consent will result in its removal at the earliest opportunity.

Your decision regarding media participation will have no effect on the services you receive.

Please note that videos published online will consist of curated clips or excerpts only. Full session recordings will never be published in their entirety on any public platform

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I am currently completing a self-created psychic internship — a structured period of practice prior to offering services professionally. During this period, sessions are offered at no charge.

Once formal services launch, the following policies will apply:

• Payment is due at or before the time of service.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered a cancellation and the full session fee may be charged. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

I make exceptions for genuine illness and emergencies. Illness includes physical illness, a mental health crisis, or a sudden change in your wellbeing that makes participation inadvisable. An emergency includes an unexpected and urgent event that could not have been reasonably anticipated or avoided — such as a family crisis, accident, or sudden loss. Forgetting a session or a scheduling conflict that could have been addressed in advance does not qualify as an emergency and may result in the full session fee being charged.

I trust my clients to be honest with me. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible — I am always willing to work with you when the circumstances are genuine.

I understand that financial circumstances vary. If the session fee presents a hardship, I am open to discussing accommodation on a case by case basis. Please reach out through the Contact page before scheduling a session so we can find an arrangement that works for you.

During the current internship period, no charges apply. However, I do ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, out of mutual respect for our time.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand the nature of these services and voluntarily agree to participate. I understand that these services are legally categorized as entertainment in California and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
